“I went to EHS when I moved from Massachusetts. I found it to be extremely 'rich' and a bit 'snobby'. There were lots of cliques and definite classifications of people (i.e. 'skaters', 'preppy', etc) and I really disliked my experiences there. From personal experience, I do not recommend EHS to anyone.”

“First of all i would like to say that the student ethnicity pie graph is wrong. The school is a lot more diverse than it shows. I would say that the number of students who are black is more like 15-20% and there are about 6-10% hispanics. The school is very diverse with great athletic programs and for the most part good teachers.”

“I have had two children graduate from EHS and have one currently enrolled. We as a family have not had one negative experience with this school over the past 6 years. The sports fields are in need of work and now that the construction is winding down the school is looking pretty good BUT that's not what makes a school. The teacher's are there for the kids and the principal is outstanding as far as his support of the students. We see him at every function. My children have all participated in the band program. Excellent experience is all I can say about the EHS Band. My two boys have graduated and gone on to college. The education they received at EHS was a great benefit to their acceptance into a quality university. I strongly recommend EHS to any parent and student.”

“I think the Enfield high school is one of the best high schools in CT. It is much better than Fermi. The construction is almost over but they should be fixing the sports fields, not adding to the school.”

“School is working on a tight budget. Cut backs have been made. Applaud the music program. School is under construction and appears to be far from its target date of completion. Noise during the day can hamper attentiveness from the students. In need of a total renovation.”
